State Museum – This museum is situated near the bus station Almora. This museum is called Govind Vallabh Pant Public Museum. This museum is the best way to inform the development of art, culture, life style of this region. It is closed on Mondays. It is open from 10:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Chitai Temple - Chitai Temple is one of the most demanding area at Almora. This temple is dedicated to Lord Golu. The Kumaoni people worship him.
