Chardham Yatra Tour Package

Char Dham denotes the most sacred pilgrimage of Hindu’s. In Uttarakhand those pilgrimage are Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath. Traditionally Chardaham cover's the way west to east, so the way to cover the holy pilgrim is start from Yamunotri then Gangotri and that Kedarnath and finally we go to Badrinath.

Yamunotri Dham is dedicated to Yamuna and Gangotri dedicated to Ganga and Kedarnath Dham dedicated to Lord Shiva and Badrinath is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

Char Dham Tour Sample Itinerary

Time Duration: 11 Night's - 12 Days

Destinations Covered: Delhi – Haridwar – Rishikesh – Barkot – Hanuman Chatti – Yamunotri – Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Badrinath – Delhi

Day 01: Delhi to Haridwar 230 kms (06 hours).

Morning, our representative will receive you and inform all the important information about your tour. Journey start to the holy pilgrimage place, Haridwar. After arrival check into the pre booked hotel. You can participate the Evening Aarti at Har-ki-Pedi at the bank of river Ganga. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Haridwar to Barkot 230 kms (7 - 8 hours).

Early Morning journey start from Haridwar to Barkot. On the way you can see beautiful hill station Mussoorie. Which is also called “Queen of the hills”. Visiting the Kempty Falls, restart your journey to reach Barkot. Evening arrive at Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 03: Barkot to Yamnotri to Barkot (Drive 32 kms, trek 10 kms round).

Early morning Yatra start to Hanuman Chatti (Drive 24 kms ).Take a local jeep (Drive 8 kms) to reach Janki Chatti to contract your trek by 5 kms. Arrive at Yamnotri. Start Aarti and Darshan at the temple. Come back to Janki Chatti in the evening and return back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 04: Barkot to Uttarkashi (Drive 100 kms, 4 hours).

Early morning, journey start from Barkot to Uttarkashi. Reach Uttarkashi check in pre booked hotel. Evening visit famous Kashi-Vishwanath temple. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05: Uttarkashi to Gangotri to Uttarkashi (Drive 105 Kms one side).

Morning start journey to Gangotri. Take a holy bath in the river Ganga. This is the starting point of Ganga called Bhagirathi. Do Pooja and Aarti and celebrate the holy and beautiful surroundings. Come back to Hotel/Resort. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 06: Uttarkashi to Guptakashi (230 kms) (Drive 7 - 8 hours).

Early morning journey start to Guptkashi. On the way we will see Tehri Dam and panoramic view of river Mandakini. Reach at Guptakashi late in the evening. Check in at the pre booked hotel.

Day 07: Guptakashi to GouriKund to Kedarnath. (Drive 32 kms trek 17 kms).

Early Morning at 5:00 Am check out from hotel and start journey to Gaurikund (32 kms drive one way). After arrival start your journey by trek (17 kms one side) ahead. One can hire Doli/Horse by his own cost. After arrival at Kedarnath check-in into Tent developed by Uttarakhand Government. (Hotels are still not permitted in Kedarnath area. Yatris staying at kedarnath will be provided Tented Accomodation & Food by Govt Free of Cost). Visit temples near Kedarnath area. Stay at tented accommodation.

Day 08: Kedarnath to Guptkashi/Rudraprayag. (Trek Back 17 kms, drive 32 kms).

Early morning at 4:00 Am ready for Pooja and Darshan of Baba Kedarnath ji. After darshan have your breakfast and return back to Gaurikund. Upon arrival drive to Guptkashi/Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Important Note :

Registration is require for Darshan of Kedarnath temple. So if the visitor gets registration on day 07 they can do Pooja and Darshan on 8 morning and return back. Otherwise you will do Darshan on 8th evening or 9th morning and return back.

Day 09: Guptkashi/Rudraprayag - Badrinath.

Early morning journey start to Badrinath via Joshimath, on arrival take the holy Darshan and Aarti. Visit the Mana village which is the last village before the Tibet border. Overnight stay at hotel near Badrinath temple.

Day 10: Badrinath to Srinagar. 195 kms (7 - 8 hours).

Early morning take holy dip on Tapt Kund of Badrinath Dham. If you get oppertunity do Darshan and Pooja again. Check out from hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 11: Srinagar to Rishikesh/Haridwar. 120 kms (5 hours).

Early morning drive to Haridwar/Rishikesh. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 12: Haridwar/Rishikesh to Delhi 230 kms/08 hrs.

Morning free for your own activities. After breakfast return back to Delhi.
